Mountain West football: With spring practices over, here’s a look at what’s coming back

Every program in the Mountain West Conference has now completed its spring practices – New Mexico and Wyoming finished up over the weekend.

Here is a quick look at what the teams have returning in 2013 …

Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr returns off a junior season in which he completed 63.7 percent of his passes for 4,104 yards and 37 TDs
